Super professional shop! Brought my truck in and was greeted by Abby, very friendly face who got me sorted away quickly. Great customer service. The manager Roxanne quickly verified the fixes needed and was super professional. They quoted me Friday but got it back to me on Thursday. Overall a stress free experience with quick turn around and good looking work! This Gerber rocks

There is a massive disconnect between the Gerber brand and the gatekeeping I experienced today. I arrived ready to pay for significant repairs out of pocket, only to be told my money isn't good enough without an insurance middleman. It’s a bizarre state of affairs when a business refuses a high-margin, direct-pay client because they’ve become too dependent on claim numbers to function. By refusing to even provide an estimate, you didn't just lose a repairβ€”you lost a loyal customer to your own internal bureaucracy. Frankly, it was insulting to be treated like I needed "parental permission" to manage my own affairs as a financially capable adult choosing to handle my own expenses, yet the staff treated my request as if it were a technical impossibility. It’s a bad look for a business when you’re so tangled in red tape that you've forgotten how to actually serve a self-sufficient customer. You managed to turn a returning customer of Gerber into a vocal critic today because you’ve forgotten you're in the business of fixing cars, not just processing paperwork. Your loss. I will be contacting Gerber Collision Corporate to file a formal complaint regarding the management and busin

I’m not one to usually complain or post reviews. I’ve used Gerber in the past before with no issue! However, this time was not the case. Aside from issues I already spoke to them about, after I picked up my car I noticed they drove it 400 miles. 400. Not just a few miles to verify repairs. But 400 miles. I know this because they left the paperwork in my car stating the intake mileage. Ontop of that I brought my car in due to a broken headlight assembly with dead light bulbs due to someone hitting me. A β€œnew” bumper was replaced and a new head light assembly put it. But no new light bulbs meaning my car will not pass inspection (a thing I put on the claim and told them about as well). I’ve called customer service, and I’ve called my insurance. This is just kinda sketchy all the way around!

I was very pleased with my experience at Gerber Collision and the personnel were wonderful. They informed me with every move they made to get my car repaired and back to me as quick as was possible. They matched the paint perfectly and you can’t tell that anything was ever wrong!

I wanted to take a moment to thank the team at GERBER Collision for the outstanding work done on my Ford F-350. From the moment I dropped off the vehicle to the day I picked it up, the communication was clear, professional, and timely. The repairs were completed ahead of schedule, and the truck looks and drives like new again. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the updates throughout the process. It's not easy to find a shop that treats both the vehicle and the customer with such care. I’ll definitely be recommending GERBER to friends and family, and I’ll be back if I ever need work done again. Thanks again for a job well done! Best regards, Benjamin
